Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 26, 2026 · Last updated: June 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how UNVEILEDD LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, ("Unveiledd," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use the Unveiledd website, membership community, and services (the "Platform"). It is incorporated into, and part of, our Membership Terms & Conditions.

Please read this carefully, especially Sections 5 and 6, which describe how we handle health-related information and how we use de-identified data for research and other purposes.

1. An important note about health information and HIPAA

Unveiledd is a paid membership community and information platform. Unveiledd is not a health care provider, pharmacy, or health plan. The federal HIPAA rules that govern doctors, pharmacies, and insurers do not make Unveiledd a covered entity, and this Policy is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

When you consult an MD Party / Service Provider Party or order from a Partner Pharmacy, those parties are separate and may be HIPAA-covered; their handling of your information is governed by their own notices, including the Independent Provider's Notice of Privacy Practices.

The health-related information you provide to Unveiledd is handled under this Policy and under the consumer-protection and consumer-health-data laws that apply to us, including Section 5 of the FTC Act, the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule, and state consumer-health-data and privacy laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act. We treat that information as sensitive and describe our practices below.

2. Information we collect

We do not sell or share your identifiable health-related information for third-party advertising, and we do not disclose it to advertising platforms.

Information you provide:

  • Account and contact data — name, email, phone, password, mailing address, and any other such data.
  • Payment data — processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers. Note: payments you make for MD consults and bloodwork orders may be collected by us and passed through to the relevant Independent Provider or lab; payments for prescription Products are billed to you directly by the Partner Pharmacy and do not run through us.
  • Health-related information — information you may enter in an intake, questionnaire, your goals, the protocols or products you are interested in or use, and — where applicable and allowed — results associated with your account or in aggregate.
  • Community content — posts, messages, and content you share in the community.
  • Referral/affiliate data — if you participate in the Participation Credit Program, information needed to enroll and pay you.

Information collected automatically: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and similar usage data, via cookies and similar technologies (Section 8).

Information from third parties: limited information from Independent Providers, Partner Pharmacies, labs, our affiliate platform, and service providers, as needed to operate the Platform.

3. How we use information

We use information to: operate and provide the Platform and community; facilitate your ability to connect with Independent Providers and to order from Partner Pharmacies; process membership and facilitation fees and pass-through payments; provide you with personalized information and recommendations based on your own data (see Section 5); communicate with you, including marketing emails you can opt out of (Section 7); maintain safety and security; conduct internal analytics and research (Section 6); comply with law; and improve the Platform.

We use your identifiable health-related information only (a) to provide the services you request, (b) to personalize your own experience, (c) where you have given us opt-in consent (for example, for identifiable research), or (d) as otherwise permitted or required by law.

4. How we share information

We share information only as described here:

  • With MD Parties / Service Provider Parties (e.g. labs), and Partner Pharmacies, as needed to facilitate the services you request.
  • With service providers (hosting, payment processing, affiliate management, email, analytics) that process data on our behalf under contract.
  • For legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and safety.
  • In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
  • De-identified or aggregated data — as described in Section 6, including with research and commercial partners.

We do not sell or share your identifiable health-related information for third-party advertising, and we do not disclose it to advertising platforms.

5. Personalized recommendations

With your account, we may use your own information — including health-related information and, where applicable, and health results — to personalize your experience and surface information, educational content, and options that may be relevant to you. Personalization surfaces information for your consideration; it is not medical advice, and any clinical recommendation or prescribing decision is made solely by an MD from an MD Provider Partner. You may contact us to limit certain personalization.

6. Research, analytics, de-identified data, and aggregate insights

We are building a knowledge base about wellness, longevity, and how members respond to different approaches. To do that, we use member information as follows:

De-identified and aggregated data. We may de-identify information — including health-related and lab information — so that it no longer reasonably identifies you, and we may use, retain, publish, and share or license de-identified or aggregated data for research, product development, educational and marketing content (for example, aggregate findings shared on our podcast, blog, or site), model development, and commercial purposes, including with research, academic, and industry partners. When we de-identify data, we publicly commit not to attempt to re-identify it, and we contractually require any recipient not to re-identify it.

Internal research. We may conduct internal research — such as studying relationships between protocols, products, and outcomes (including lab markers) — using de-identified data by default.

Identifiable research (opt-in only). If we want to use your identifiable health information for research beyond providing your services — for example, longitudinal research linking your bloodwork to specific protocols over time — we will ask for your separate, specific opt-in consent first. Your membership does not depend on giving this consent, and you may withdraw it at any time (withdrawal does not affect research already completed).

7. Marketing communications

We may send you marketing emails about the Platform, membership, community, and educational content. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us; we will still send you necessary service and transactional messages. We do not use your health-related information to target marketing, and we do not share it with advertising platforms or use it to build advertising audiences.

8. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, preferences, and analytics. We do not deploy advertising trackers, pixels, or SDKs that transmit health-related information — or information that reveals your health interests — to third parties. You can control cookies through your browser.

9. Data retention and security

We keep information as long as needed to provide the Platform and for legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information; no system is perfectly secure.

Breach notification. If a breach of unsecured health-related information occurs, we will notify affected consumers, and the FTC and media where required, consistent with the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule and applicable state breach-notification laws.

10. Consumer health data (Washington My Health My Data Act and similar laws)

For consumers protected by laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act (and comparable Nevada and Connecticut provisions):

  • We collect and process consumer health data only with your consent or as necessary to provide a product or service you requested.
  • We do not sell consumer health data. (We may share or license de-identified data as described in Section 6; de-identified data that meets the applicable legal standard is not consumer health data.)
  • You may withdraw consent and may access or request deletion of your consumer health data (Section 11).
  • We do not use geofencing around health care facilities to collect health data or send health-related messages.

11. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; to opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising; and to withdraw consent to processing of consumer health data. To exercise these rights, please contact customer service. We will verify and respond within the time required by law and you may appeal a denial via a standard appeal process. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. California, Washington, and other state residents may have additional state-specific rights.

12. Children

The Platform is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

13. Third-party links and services

The Platform may link to third-party sites and services (including Independent Providers, labs, and Partner Pharmacies) that have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
