Return & Refund Policy

• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• MD consult fees are non-refundable.
• Lab and bloodwork order fees are non-refundable.
• Prescription products are billed and handled directly by the pharmacy — any refund or return request for a product is between you and that pharmacy, under the pharmacy's own policies.

More detail on each is below.

Unveiledd is a paid membership. Membership fees are non-refundable, including for any partial billing period. This means that once a membership charge is made for a billing period, that charge is not refunded, even if you cancel during the period or do not use the membership.

You can cancel at any time to stop future charges (see "Canceling your membership" below). Canceling stops your next renewal; it does not refund a charge that has already been made.

Fees for MD consults are non-refundable once the consult has been requested or scheduled. This applies regardless of the outcome of the consult, including if the independent provider determines that a prescription is not appropriate for you. You are paying for the professional's time and review, not for any particular result.

Fees for lab and bloodwork orders are non-refundable once the order has been placed.

Unveiledd is not a pharmacy and does not sell, dispense, or ship any medication or product, and does not process payments for prescription products. If an MD prescribes a product/program, the independent pharmacy is the seller and charges you directly.

As a result, any question about a refund, return, replacement, or cancellation of a prescription product must be handled directly with the pharmacy that filled it, under that pharmacy's own return and refund policy. Please note that prescription and compounded medications generally cannot be returned once dispensed, for safety and legal reasons. Unveiledd cannot issue refunds for amounts you paid to a pharmacy.

You may cancel your membership at any time, online and through the same method you used to sign up, from your account dashboard. Cancellation:

• stops all future renewal charges;
• takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, so you keep access until then; and
• does not refund fees already charged.

Because your membership renews automatically, please cancel before your next renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you canceled — contact customer service within 30 days of the charge. We will review it and, if we confirm a genuine billing error on our side, we will correct or refund that erroneous charge. This is the one situation in which we issue a refund for a fee paid to Unveiledd.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where the law of your state or jurisdiction gives you a mandatory refund or cancellation right, that right applies regardless of the terms above.
