Membership Terms & Conditions

Unveiledd is a paid membership community. Your membership gives you access to:

• a community of members, professionals, and information exchange;
• educational information and resources – when it comes to peptides, longevity, wellness; and
• bundled access and guidance from independent professionals (MDs & pharmacies), made available through the Platform.

Your membership fee to Unveiledd is based on the tier of membership you select.

Unveiledd is not, and does not hold itself out as, any of the following:

• We are not a pharmacy. We do not compound, dispense, sell, ship, or fill prescriptions, and we do not stock or own any medication or product. Pharmacies charge you directly for any prescriptions sent to them after your MD Consult (Unveiledd does NOT process these payments. Unveiledd is NOT compensated for doing this.)
• We are not a medical or doctor's office, clinic, or health care provider. We do not practice medicine, do not directly employ the professionals who provide clinical guidance, and do not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. We may route communication to doctor’s offices, clinics, and health care providers who make independent medical decisions based on your health history - as a resource for you - according to your selected services on the platform. We pay these partners/vendors a flat fee to provide their services on our platform. The flat fee is paid regardless of their prescribing decisions. MD Consults and bloodwork orders are collected on behalf of our partner/vendors and passed through to them directly – solely for your convenience (UNVEILEDD is not compensated for doing this).
• We are not a prescriber and do not control prescribing decisions. All clinical decisions are made solely and independently by licensed professionals, in their independent professional judgment.

Unveiledd's role is to operate the membership community and, as a convenience to Members, to facilitate a Member's ability to connect with independent, partner professionals and to order from independent, partner pharmacies. For that facilitation and for the administrative and technology services we provide, Unveiledd charges the membership fee and, where applicable, a transaction/facilitation fee described in Section 6. These fees are for Unveiledd's membership, community, administrative, technology, payment processing, and facilitation services only. They are not payment for any medication, and they are not payment for medical care.

• "Independent Provider" — a licensed health care professional who, in their sole and independent professional judgment, reviews a Member's health intake information and/or speaks with the Member and decides whether it is appropriate to issue a prescription. Independent Providers are not employed or controlled by Unveiledd.
• "Partner Pharmacy" — an independent, licensed pharmacy (including a compounding pharmacy) that may dispense products pursuant to a valid prescription. Partner Pharmacies are not owned or controlled by Unveiledd.
• "Bundled Guidance" — the informational and professional guidance resources made available to Members through the Platform.
• "Products" — any medication or compounded formulation a Member may obtain from a Partner Pharmacy pursuant to a valid prescription from an Independent Provider.

To be a Member, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms;
• you are a resident of the United States and located in a jurisdiction where the Platform is offered;
• the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and you will keep it current; and
• you are not pregnant or nursing, and you understand the Platform is not intended for such use.

Membership in Unveiledd is offered on a strictly cash-pay, self-funded basis. As a condition of membership, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• you are not a beneficiary of, and are not enrolling on behalf of a beneficiary of, Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, CHAMPUS/CHAMPVA, the VA, or any other federal or state health care program or government payor;
• no portion of your membership fee, transaction/facilitation fee, or any payment to any Partner Pharmacy or Independent Provider will be paid, reimbursed, or submitted for reimbursement, in whole or in part, by Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, CHAMPUS/CHAMPVA, the VA, any other government payor, or any commercial health insurer;
• you will not seek reimbursement for any fee or Product from any government payor; and
• you understand that these conditions are material to your membership, and that a misrepresentation is grounds for immediate termination.

Membership gives you access to the community, information, and Bundled Guidance. Membership does not entitle you to, and does not guarantee, any prescription, any Product, or any particular clinical outcome.

• Whether you receive a prescription is entirely up to you and the Independent Provider, in their independent professional judgment, based on your health intake and/or a consultation.
• An Independent Provider may decline to prescribe for any clinical or professional reason.
• Unveiledd does not direct, influence, incentivize, or interfere with any clinical decision, and is not compensated based on whether any prescription is written.

Membership fee. You agree to pay the recurring membership fee for the tier you select. The fee is for your Unveiledd membership, community access, Bundled Guidance, and administrative/facilitation services.

Transaction / facilitation fee. Unveiledd may charge a flat facilitation/transaction fee for the administrative service of technology and processing costs. Amounts you pay to a Partner Pharmacy for a Product, or to an Independent Provider, are separate and are set by them.

Seller of record. Unveiledd is the merchant of record for membership and facilitation fees, and processes payment through an independent payment processor. Partner Pharmacies are the merchants of record for any prescriptions – and bill you directly – Unveiledd does NOT process those payments.

This is a recurring subscription with automatic renewal. By enrolling, you provide your express informed consent to recurring charges as follows:

• What you are agreeing to: a recurring charge, every month charged to your payment method on file, until you cancel. The recurring charge starts at $39 and may increase to $99 or $199 depending on the additional tiers and services you may choose to subscribe to in the future.
• Renewal: your membership automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• How to cancel: you may cancel at any time, online and through the same medium you used to sign up, via your account dashboard / cancellation link.
• Effect of cancellation: cancellation stops future renewals.
• Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. MD consults are non-refundable. Bloodwork orders are non-refundable. Product amounts paid to a Partner Pharmacy are subject to that pharmacy's policies.

You acknowledge and understand that:

• Products displayed for education and information purposes may include compounded formulations that are not FDA-approved. Compounded drugs are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality, and are prepared pursuant to an individual prescription under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act [or 503B where applicable].
• Statements on the Platform have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Some uses may be "off-label." The decision to prescribe, and any discussion of risks and benefits, is between you and the Independent Provider.
• Products carry risks, including possible side effects and contraindications. You assume the risks of using any Product, and you agree to disclose complete and accurate health information and to follow the Independent Provider's and pharmacy's instructions.

The Platform and any professional guidance available through it are not a substitute for in-person medical care and are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You understand that any interaction with an Independent Provider occurs through telehealth, that a provider-patient relationship (if any) is solely between you and that Independent Provider, and that such relationship must be validly established before any prescription is issued.

You agree to: provide accurate and complete health and account information; use the Platform and any Product lawfully and as directed; not share your account; and not misuse the community (no harassment, no unlawful content, no medical or health claims about Products directed at other members). You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and [Notice of Privacy Practices], incorporated by reference. Those documents describe how information — including any health information — is collected, used, and shared among Unveiledd, Independent Providers, and Partner Pharmacies.

The Platform, community, and Bundled Guidance are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Unveiledd does not warrant any health outcome, and makes no representation regarding any Independent Provider or Partner Pharmacy, whose services are their own responsibility. Nothing on the Platform is medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unveiledd and its officers, members, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damages arising from the acts or omissions of any Independent Provider or Partner Pharmacy, or from any Product. Unveiledd's total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the membership fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unveiledd from claims arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of eligibility or payor status, or your use of any Product.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation of validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Judgement on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction. This arbitration selection clause shall also be deemed to be a waiver by You and UNVEILEDD to any right to jury trial otherwise available and to a waiver of any participation in a class action. Wyoming law shall apply to any dispute under this agreement.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice [and, for changes affecting recurring billing, obtain any consent required by law]. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your membership for breach of these Terms, misrepresentation, or misuse of the Platform. You may cancel as described in Section 7. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., 1-4, 8, 12–15, 17-19) survive termination.

These Terms, together with the documents they incorporate, are the entire agreement between you and Unveiledd. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign these Terms; you may not. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Notices to you may be sent to the email on your account.
